Cardfight #119: Rem’s Musketeer Neo Nectar Deck Profile

Cardfight #76: Dempster’s Bloom Neo Nectar Deck Profile

Hey, fighters!

Cardfight #76 sees us pit Dempster’s Bloom Neo Nectar deck against ZaCaptain’s Big Bang Knuckle Narukami deck. You can check the video above to see the bout, but if you’re interested in seeing the Bloom deck profile, we have it in this post.

If you want to check out what’s in the Big Bang Knuckle deck, click here.

Take note that this build is one that is used for this cardfight. Changes may have been already made at this point in time by the owner. You are welcome to learn from this deck profile, if you are looking to build one, but we highly encourage you to build yours to fit you.

First Vanguard:-
Bean Sprout Maiden, Ida

Triggers:-
3 Agave Knight (Critical)
1 Flower Garden Maiden, Mylis (Critical)
4 Watering Elf (Stand)
4 Monkeypod Dragon (Draw)
4 Calla Pixy, Quitterie (Heal)

Grade 1s:-
4 Valkyrie of Reclamation, Padmini
4 Pure Maiden, Katrina
1 Trust Maiden, Odette
4 Cherry Blossom Blizzard Maiden, Lilga (Sentinel-PG)

Grade 2s:-
3 Robust Maiden, Noel
4 Greenshot Elf
2 Ideal Maiden, Thuria
Sunlight Maiden, Pora

Grade 3s:-
4 Ranunculus of Searing Heart, Ahsha
4 Ranunculus Flower Maiden, Ahsha

Strides and G Guardians:-
2 Flower Princess of Balmy Breeze, Ilmatar
2 Flower Princess of Faith, Celine
2 Flower Princess of Beautiful Winter, Inverno
4 Dream-spinning Ranunculus, Ahsha
2 Ranunculus in Glorious Bloom, Ahsha
2 Passiflora Flower Princess, Marleena (G-Guardian)
2 Sacred Tree Dragon, Rain Breath Dragon (G-Guardian)

Notes:-

  • The new Ahsha deck focuses even more on the Bloom mechanic, so having more than 1 copy of the cards you want to play is of utmost importance. I would recommend 3 to 4 copies of each card unless it’s Thuria or you do not have enough to play with.
  • On that note, this deck is incomplete as this is built straight out of the Trial Deck and the Character Booster. It has since been modified to maximize its Bloom potential.
  • Odette is a good alternative to Katrina because of her ability to add 2000 Power to 2 of your units when she blooms. Additionally, you can send a normal unit from your drop zone back to deck in order to bounce her back to your hand to activate her Bloom once more.
  • This deck has a very prominent problem, and that is the lack of hand size. Monkeypod Dragon is there to lessen the impact a bit, but it still depends on who you call from your hand. My word of advice is to only play the cards you need to play.
  • Soul could also be a problem too, which is why Monkeypod Dragon, Watering Elf and Mylis are important.
  • Noel combos well with Stand triggers because she can attack from the back row as long as you pay the cost of discarding a card from your hand. She’s also Neo Nectar’s version of Royal Paladin’s Pir, which adds 4000 Power to herself and another unit in the same column as her. But depending on your trigger line-up, you will need to be cautious when playing her.
  • Inverno is one of the better cards for Ahsha that helps you reinforce your hand and your field, but I feel that the cost is rather heavy. I find that I am only able to use her second skill if I use her first skill first, so she’s a very situational card. If you don’t need to use her just yet, the Ahsha strides are the way to go.

Cardfight #76: Dempster’s Bloom Neo Nectar Deck Profile

Cardfight #72: G-TD12 Neo Nectar Trial Deck Profile

Hey, fighters!

Cardfight #72 sees us pit the new Neo Nectar G-TD12 Trial Deck against the new Royal Paladin G-TD11 Trial Deck. You can check the video above to see the bout, but if you’re interested in seeing the Neo Nectar deck profile, we have it in this post.

If you want to check out what’s in the Royal Paladin deck, click here.

First Vanguard
Bean Sprout Maiden, Ida

Triggers:-
Agave Knight (Critical)
Petition Maiden, Ermir (Stand)
Okawaringo (Draw)
2 Monkeypod Dragon (Draw)
4 Calla Pixy, Quitterie (Heal)

Grade 1s:-
Maple Leaf Squire
Vermillion Battle Maiden, Nelly
4 Brilliance Maiden, Penelope
4 Peas Tateo (Sentinel-PG)

Grade 2s:-
Hiratake Monjirou
Watering Maiden, Ramona
Osmanthus Maiden, Anelma
Monstera Knight

Grade 3s:-
4 Abundant Flower Maiden, Patricia
Ranunculus Flower Maiden, Ahsha
Florneula Dragon

Strides and G Guardians:-
2 Flower Princess of Faith, Celine

Notes:-

  • As mentioned in the video, the deck is the bare minimum of what a full Bloom deck would be, with the main focus being pure power beatdown.
  • Since the deck comes with two Ranunculus Flower Maiden, Ahsha, the deck can play with two different styles: both pre-bloom and post-bloom. This makes the deck very flexible and allows you to adapt to any situation depending on who you’re fighting against.
  • Brilliance Maiden, Penelope is a good Grade 1 Bloom unit to start out with in the deck with her skill primarily geared towards increasing boost efficiency. Giving 3 units 2000 Power and an additional 2000 more if they’re boosting a unit with Bloom, it is a great alternative to 10000 or 9000 boosters. However, because the number of Bloom units in the trial deck alone isn’t a lot, it’s best to just copy her out for a consistent 7000 boost every turn.
  • Osmanthus Maiden, Anelma is a good alternative to Greenshot Elf for a trial deck, with her Bloom ability giving 3000 Power to 3 units and herself being able to boost if your Vanguard has Ranunculus in its name. The only problem here, however, is that the Anelma called out will not get Boost, so if you ask me, it’s best to just stick to Greenshot Elf.
  • Remember Flower Princess of Perpetual Summer, Verano? Well, seems like her skill has been split between Flower Princess of Faith, Celine and Bean Sprout Maiden, Ida. Ida allows you to send a card back to the drop zone and draw a card if that card has the Bloom ability, and Celine lets you call a unit from your hand and it gets 5000 Power, at the same time letting you Counter Charge and Soul Charge if that called unit has the Bloom ability. In a full Bloom deck, they are invaluable, but in this trial deck’s case, it’s a 50/50.
  • Ida’s other skill also allows two units to get the names of each other, easily allowing you to call out more units if you ever need to. Again, in this trial deck, you won’t get to use that much.
