Booster Pack: The Destructive Roar (VG-V-EB01)

Hey, Rear-guards!

We’re back again with another “Booster Pack” blog post.

This post will cover every RR and above card we missed out on in our unboxing video for V Extra Booster 1: The Destructive Roar.

With that said, let’s continue.


V-EB01-001-VR_(Sample)
Ravenous Dragon, Gigarex

[AUTO](VC):When it attacks, put up to one card from the top of your deck face down as an equip gauge for each of your rear-guards. This unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of that battle for each of your rear-guards.

[ACT](VC):COST [Discard five equipped gauge], three of your front row rear-guards get [Power]+5000 until end of turn, and if your opponent’s damage zone has four or less cards, deal one damage to your opponent’s vanguard.

Machining Spark Hercules

[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:COST [Counter Blast (2)], choose five of your rear-guards, [Stand] them, they get [Power]+5000 until end of turn, choose all of your opponent’s units, [Rest] them, and they get [Power]-5000 until end of your opponent’s next turn.

[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:COST [Put a grade 2 or less rear-guard into your soul] This unit gets [Power]+5000 for each of your opponent’s [Rest] units until end of turn.

[AUTO](VC/RC):When it attacks a vanguard, COST [Soul Blast (1) & retire one of your other rear-guards], choose one of your opponent’s rear-guards in the front row, and retire it. This unit gets [Power]+10000 until end of that battle for each card in the Equip Gauge of the rear-guard that was retired for the cost.

[AUTO](VC/RC):When placed, this unit gets [Power]+10000 until end of turn.

[AUTO](RC):At the beginning of your main phase, COST [put this unit into your soul], search your deck for up to one “Juggernaut Maximum”, call it to your (RC), and shuffle your deck.

Spike Bouncer

[AUTO](VC/RC):When placed, COST [Counter Blast (1) & Soul Blast (1)], and look at cards from the top of your deck equal to the grade of your vanguard, call up to one card from among them to (RC), and put the rest on the bottom of your deck.

[AUTO](RC):At the end of the battle that it attacked, COST [Counter Blast (1) & Put this unit into your soul], and draw a card.

Machining Stag Beetle

[AUTO](VC/RC):When placed from hand, call up to two cards from your soul to (RC) as [Rest], and if this unit is on (VC), until end of turn, this unit gets the original [Power] of all units called by this effect.

[AUTO]:When it is retired from (RC), COST [Counter Blast (1)], and return up to two cards from this unit’s Equip Gauge to your hand.

[AUTO](GC):When placed, COST [discard a card from your hand], and one of your units cannot be hit until end of that battle.

[AUTO](VC/RC):When placed, COST [put a card from your hand into your soul], look at cards from the top of your deck equal to your vanguard’s grade, call up to one card from among them to (RC), put the rest on the bottom of your deck in any order, and the called unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of turn.

[AUTO](VC/RC):When it attacks, COST [Soul Blast (1) grade 3, and discard two cards from your hand], until end of that battle, this unit gets [Power]+10000/[Critical]+1, and your opponent cannot call sentinels to (GC) from hand.

[CONT]:Sentinel (You may only have up to four cards with “[CONT]:Sentinel” in a deck.)

[AUTO](GC):When placed, COST [discard a card from your hand], and one of your units cannot be hit until end of that battle.
