Alfred and His Merry Knights~ – Leon’s Royal Paladin Alfred Deck

Hello Guys~

What’s up! It’s already closing to the end of Dec and a new year of excitement is approaching!

So recently we posted up a fight video which was between <Royal Paladin> Alfred Deck against <Link Joker> Messiah Deck and our fellow YouTuber William Lee requested for Alfred’s deck list. So he shall have it be bestowed upon by it! >:3

Alfred Deck list

4 Seeker, Hallowed Breath Dragon (Critical)
4 Impact Seeker, Modoron (Critical)

4 Seeker, Loving Healer (Heal)

Grade 1s:-

Swordsman of Light, Junos

Grade 2s:-
Blaster Blade
Blaster Blade Seeker

Undulatory Sage, Tarna

Grade 3s:-

Light Source Seeker, Alfred Exiv
King’s Adjutant Knight, Galehaut

Rain Element, Madew
Shrouded Divine Knight, Gablade
Aerial Divine Knight, Altmile
Holy Dragon, Saint Blow Dragon
Transmigratory Dragon, Holy Squire Dragon

Some points to take note:

  • This deck is build for early to mid game rushes. It’s not even afraid of an opponent trying to grade lock, because you will be able to get Alfred no matter what. It’s great against most Legion/Stride decks today. HOWEVER, the primary problem for it is that when a battle starts to drag, there is a good chance that this deck won’t be able to hold since it’s not like Blue Sky Knight, Altmile, who has a passive ability to boost up your front row by 5k Power on GB2. So you might wanna end the game as soon as possible, before it comes to that. 🙂
  • You may have guessed that Alfred Exiv is the intended Grade 3 this deck wants to ride up to, and you are correct. Which is why I put Bedivere in this deck, as well as Grynngal Seeker. With Blaster Axe Grawl and Junos, there’s not much need for Exiv’s ability where it is +1k Power for every Seeker on the field. It helps here and there, but ultimately, being able to have 5 or more units for the extra critical will definitely put your opponent on the edge.

So these are the cards contain in my personal Alfred deck, as this is my own build. There are more than just one way to do this so just add whatever that you feel that would float your knights.

So, if you have any queries, comments or suggestions, feel free to let Dempster, Captain or myself know. 1. Hello, William Lee here and I was wondering if using techgal as a “booster” for the comic booster Ezzell legion as a tech good? because for a deck that can do early rush, 8k base is a bit low i think

    Wow, your deck is horrible..
To begin with, it not only lacks consistency that the paladins are proud of, it doesnt even has its own winning image.

First of, when I was going through your G1 and I saw Crits, Stands and no Draws, I thought “Damn, this guy knows what he’s doing” but when I scrolled through your remaining decklist, what is this bullshyt, some stupid half-assed build? Its not even a matter of budget or not, its just pure half-assed.

    1. Well sorry if it’s horrible for you, I did mention it’s mine personal build.
It works for me so since you didn’t like it and find it horrible then I cannot help you. Peace 🙂

  3. Jin says:

You know what? Here’s a treat after the burn.

    G0 (17)
    Starter: Signpost Sage, Eluron x1
Triggers: Any combination is fine. But I run 10 Crits, 2 Draws, 4 Heals

    G1 (14)
-Laurel Knight, Sicilus x3 (Stride Fodder)
    -Any PGs (preferbly G-PGs) x4
    -Swordsman of Light Yunos x4
    -Hidden Mage, Mirron x3

    G2 (12)
    -Blaster Blade x2
    -Blaster Blade Seeker x2
    -Blaster Blade Spirit x2
-Swordsman of Light, Ahmes x3 (I play Seeker, Valrod instead due to Aqua Force dominated meta and its a Seeker, so I can use BBSeeker if necessary)
    -Sage of Salvation, Benon x3

    G3 (7)
-Knights of Kings Lieutenant, Galahalt x3
(Since this deck uses a decent amount.of Counter Blasts Early-Mid game, more often than not, riding the Alfreds are better)
    -Light Seeker, Alfred Exiv x2
    -King of Knights, Alfred x1
    -Alfred Early x1
    (Competitively, it’ll be 4 Exivs)

You can afford to not run Draw with Hidden Sage Mirron because she draws you a card when called from deck and she is easily accessible through Eluron and Benon.

If you play Early and just so happened to ride Blaster Blade turn 2, you can use Galahalt to ride Early to superior call both Galahalt and Blade from soul for CB2.

    Eluron -> Benon + Mirron is a nett +2.
Exiv can legion into Blaster Blade to retire things in the backrow.

  4. My deck was build revolving my aggressive gameplay beat down.
And not wanting to be held by the GB units even though yes they are good for rapid field reinforcement, not that I didn’t try them but it just didn’t stick to me. If I didn’t get to stride then I am pretty dead

Plus yunos and blaster axe skill can’t be activated twice in a turn so just calling once every is sufficient enough for me so long I keep the high power to my needs and stand triggers and in condition that I am unable to legion I have my Alfred name sake on plus xiv’s ability to call seekers with just especial counter blast I can just call a random seeker just to power my yunos and axe.

of course, without a doubt I would be ram down pretty easily by big bang or even massive field retirement but hey it’s my play style and my image of victory.

Yes there certainly things we cannot change about a clan’s characteristics such it’s calling skill and what not but there is no staple there is just what works for you and what doesn’t. What makes sense to you and what doesn’t.
Again sorry that you can’t see anything in it for you so instead of telling someone down right straight in the face their deck is horrible, why not advise instead in a nice way then slamming and most certainly everyone will have a better time talking to one another about their builds. 🙂

  5. Jin says:

Dude, by all means, do whatever you like, you are the one with a youtube channel, not me. If people like me who plays the game think your decklists and gameplays are of low quality, then good luck trying to expand(?)

Anyways, feel free to pm me on youtube, I just subscribed and you can find me under the name Emperor Kun. I wanted to start a channel, but just don’t have the time to do so.
