Deck Profile: Captain’s Dimensional Robo Deck

Hello everyone 🙂

So I’d like to share my deck profile of my Dimensional Robo deck build that you see in the video below, when Leon and I had a Dimensional Robo Mirror Match.

So my deck is purely focused on the Great Daikaiser build. This deck includes boosts from as far as G-EB01, the latest booster release for Dimension Police.

First Vanguard: Dimensional Robo, Daishoot (GB1)

Triggers:-
4 Dimensional Robo, Daibattles (Critical)
4 Dimensional Robo, Daiwolf (Critical)
4 Dimensional Robo, Daicrane (Draw)
4 Dimensional Robo, Gorescue (Heal)

Grade 1s:-
2 Dimensional Robo, Daishield (Sentinel)
1 Diamond Ace (Sentinel)
2 Dimensional Robo Operator, Yuuka (GB1)
3 Dimensional Robo, Dailion
1 Glory Maker
2 Dimensional Robo, Daimariner
1 Commander Laurel

Grade 2s:-
4 Dimensional Robo, Daijet (GB1)
3 Dimensional Robo, Daidragon
2 Dimensional Robo, Daifighter

Grade 3s:-
2 Super Dimensional Robo, Shadowkaiser
2 Ultimate Dimensional Robo, Great Daiyusha
4 Super Dimensional Robo, Dakaiser
3 Ultimate Dimensional Robo, Great Daikaser
1 True Ultimate Dimensional Robo, Great Daikaiser

Some thoughts will be placed here as to the decisions made for some of my choices.

  • Most of the reasons is because I don’t have more copies of the card. So that’s why Diamond Ace is in there, instead of a third Daishield
  • Daishoot gives a good mid game pressure on Generation Break 1, giving your Vanguard the skill to retire one opponent rear guard on hit to Vanguard. Glory Maker fills in the spot that Daishoot will leave behind, doubling your Vanguard boost power on 4 damage.
  • Operator, Yuuka is a promo card that can be replaced with another Daimariner, Dailion or Daishield. Also a human with Dimensional Robo in her name.
  • You only ever need one Commaner Laurel, even though it’s restricted to one.
  • Stride units I play: (See first point as to why I don’t play 99th-gen Dimensional Robo Commander, Daiearth)
    • Dark Superman, Omega
    • Super Cosmic Hero, X-tiger
    • Dark Superman, Pretty Cat

That’s all I have for you. If you like this, be sure to let us know, and Dempster, Leon and myself will do more of these. We may even get some of our other friends to jump in and do their deck profile.

If you like us to do a video of it and talk more technically, do let us know as well 🙂

Hi Captain, I’m also a youtuber who has done Vanguard battle vids myself (my channel is called Ace Archer), i watched this video and that battle was amazing, ive been wondering how to work on my DP deck and you’ve inspired me with some great ideas. I have a question though, with X-Tiger in your stride cards, how do you get it to 45k? With Cosmic Heroes its easy but with Dimensional Robos ive found it difficult. Thanks and keep making great videos 🙂

    1. Hey Ace!

Hitting 45k on X-Tiger for his extra Critical is easier than you think 🙂

If you run the numbers, when you stride over an 11k base Vanguard, X-Tiger will be 26k. You’re short 19k to unlock his extra critical.

Take into account his own ability, which is he gets 4k for ever face up Stride unit in your G Zone. 3 face up units gives him 12k, so a 7k booster is all thats needed to make him 45k. And yes, the boosted unit’s power also contributes to his 45k. Unlike Enigman Storm and Daiyusha, who says that they need to be of a certain power at the start of the battle, X-tiger, like the Metalborgs, do not say when exactly they need to have the power. As long as they reach 45k, the skill is active, so power from boosts and triggers count as well.

The way I run this deck build, because I have units like Yuuka, Daijet and Daishoot, I can afford not to play Blizza, and instead use my first stride to power my opponent down first, before I put on the full pressure with X-Tiger or Great Daikaizer’s Triple Drive. If you prefer playing balanced triggers, Operator Girl, Reika definitely helps.

Hope it is explained well. 🙂

Wow that’s genius, i always thought X-Tiger himself had to be at 45k, now it makes him much easier to use, plus it makes Glory Maker even more useful if I’m at 4 damage and i wanna push for final turn 🙂 thankyou so much for the advice, ive suscribed to your channel and I’m gonna keep watching your battles and read these deck profiles 🙂
